Refund Policy

VIP fees are generally non-refundable. If BL4NK LLC cancels an event and does not offer a replacement date, VIP fees for that event are refunded.

If an event is rescheduled, your spot moves to the new date instead of being refunded.

Unworn, unused merch may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
