Vendor Terms

Booth placement is assigned by sponsorship level first, then by request order. Retail and service vendors keep 100% of their sales and provide their own setup, signage, and staff.

Food vendors operate under the BL4NK LLC Food Vendor Revenue Share agreement: the greater of 20% of gross revenue for the event or a $150 minimum, due at the conclusion of the event.

Food vendors are responsible for their own permits, insurance, health compliance, equipment, and taxes.

Vendors must follow all applicable laws and event rules. BL4NK LLC may remove any vendor for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.

If an event is rescheduled, vendor agreements may transfer to the new date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
