Sponsorship Terms

Sponsorship benefits, placement, and pricing are defined in the package you select and confirmed in writing. Sponsors receive vendor placement priority for the events covered by their package.

Sponsorship fees are due as agreed for the specific event or period. Unless stated otherwise, sponsorships are non-refundable, and if an event is rescheduled the sponsorship carries to the new date.

Each party may use the other's name and logo only as needed to deliver the agreed sponsorship benefits. BL4NK LLC may decline sponsors whose products or messaging conflict with the event.
