Food vendors

Food trucks and concessions operate under our revenue-share agreement — the greater of 20% of gross or a $150 minimum per event.

Food Vendor Revenue Share

Revenue share & minimum

Food vendors pay BL4NK LLC the greater of 20% of gross revenue for the event or a $150 minimum. The minimum is owed even with low or no sales.

Gross revenue

Total charged and collected for food and beverage sales during the event, excluding sales tax and refunds — across cash, card, and electronic payments.

Reporting & verification

Provide an accurate final sales total at the end of the event. BL4NK LLC may request supporting documentation such as POS summaries or transaction records.

Payment

Payment is due immediately at the conclusion of the event, before leaving the premises. If verification shows more is owed, the difference is due upon notice.

Permits & compliance

Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, employees, taxes, health and food-service permits, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws.

Setup, teardown & conduct

Arrive within your setup window, stay operational for the event period, tear down on time, and leave your area clean. BL4NK LLC may remove vendors for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

This summary is for convenience only. Food vendors sign the full BL4NK LLC Food Vendor Revenue Share agreement, which governs in all cases. BL4NK LLC may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event; agreements may transfer to the rescheduled date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
